Nylon yarn, this woven fabric is soft to the touch, light and airy. It will not
bother a child's skin or cause irritation.
The fabric we use also meets
the requirements for children's clothing and costumes under the Canada HPA.
Making this especially important since your putting this on your little ones!!
So please keep in mind that when other
pages offer a tutu at a cheaper price they probably use the cheaper tulle that
is not safe on your children.
