Payment
Payment:
I accept cash for all local orders but I also have Paypal available.
Payment should be made when an invoice is sent via e-mail. If not received within 5 business days it will be considered non-payment. The order will then be canceled by Tiny Tutus at this time. 
Unfortunately I will not be able to start your order until payment is received. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be completed after payment has been made. Shipping costs are additional and will be provided by Canada post.

Shipping
Shipping will be provided by Canada Post. Custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days, sooner if possible.
For quicker shipping time I will gladly ship Priority/Xpresspost Mail. Please message me prior to purchase with the date your order is needed by. Please keep in mind that the shipping amount will be increased. I will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.
 
f you would like to purchase insurance please let me know. I try to get shipping as exact to actual cost as possible. There are no intentional price increases made by Tiny Tutus.

I will by default always ship to your Paypal address. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. If you need to ship to another address you must send me a message with a specific request at the time of order. Orders are sent to the Paypal address by default to protect the entire transaction for both the seller (me) and the buyer (you).

Local buyers- Pick Up or delivery is available.

I am not responsible for shipping times. I can only give you the estimate of the shipping provider. I do my best to ship in a timely manner and give you the most accurate time frame possible.

Refunds and Exchanges
Custom Orders:
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds. This is only because each order is custom made. I will ensure that a picture is sent via e-mail to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. It is very important to me that you are happy with the product you have purchased so if there is ever any concern or issues, please contact me directly through e-mail.

 Additional Policies and FAQs:
There may be slight color variations in the product you receive from the item photographed. This is only due to lighting. I do my best to make sure that the colors are as close as possible as you see in the photographs.

Care Instructions:
For your tutus:
The tulle we use is very delicate so we recommend to
  • * Hang your tutu when not in use
  • * Spot clean with a clean, damp cloth
  • * Use steam if you tutu becomes wrinkled (steam from a shower or humidifier works great)
  • * DO NOT machine wash your tutu

Packaging can flatten your tutu so we recommend running your fingers in an upwards motion to fluff it up. You can also lift and pull the tulle gently in an upwards motion to really get that extra fullness.

 If you requested embellishments on your tutu, then I highly recommend you check these over after each use to ensure nothing has come loose. These can cause a chocking hazard! These are spot wash only.

Please do not use a hot iron to steam out any wrinkles. The heat damages the tulle and is unrepairable.

Princess Tea Cups:
 I recommend washing gently by hand to preserve the crystals on these pieces.
Do not wash in a dishwasher or immerse in water, we cannot guarantee that the crystals will stay on. We do have a small repair kit if needed.

Headbands:
These are spot wash only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING:

Some items are made with embellishments that could pose a choking hazard to a young child. Please check your items for loose objects regularly.
